bd-154 glow plug removal advice

Currently looking at doing the glow plug upgrade on a 364 equipped with a bd-154 engine.

Does anyone have a advice or tips on glow plug removal? I am sure these are the original glow plugs and might possibly be a real bear to remove.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated since I would really hate to mess up when a little advice before hand would have saved the day.

Hi on B414D with BD-154 there was a glow plug wrench that came with the tractor. It was much like a spark plug socket. Remove them like a spark plug.

Probably the easiest glow plugs to remove in any diesel. They have the same threads as spark plugs and come out just as easy. No special tool needed.

Thanks for the info.!
Knew some glow plugs are a real bear to remove, just wanted a second opinion since I'd never taken them out of a BD154 before.
Guess its safe to add glow plug update to the"to the to do list" before fall.
