The handle spring is missing on my Utility 350, but it still works, just want it perfect. Where can I find a spring to work.

Check with your local CNH dealer.
I looked for the spring on the Messick's site. Part number is 359920R2 and they show having it in stock.
There is a notation to see Note A pertaining to that number so you should check on that to be sure it fits. Unfortunately the notes did not get included in the online version of the parts listings so you may need to check with someone who has a hard copy of the parts listing.

I don't have a book for the 350U, but the book for the 300U gives the same part number. The note reads, "For tractors equipped with torque amplifier." (No kidding, eh?)
