450 leaking antifreeze

All you should have to do is tighten the jam nut behind the fan blades. Very much like tightening the packing on a water faucet. The nut does not have flats on it just notches and made out of brass. You should be able to use a channel lock pliers to do the job.
 
What Don says, but add a drop of loctite on the threads. I had
a new water pump that unscrewed itself.

As Don said, tighten the packing nut, but only as much as it takes to get it to not leak. Too tight can become a problem also.
