Probably funny to you guys but Im trying to take off the carb, and cannot get a wrench or anything on the inside nut to turn it..lol been on there awhile. Any tricks?

Heat the handle of the wrench and bend a 80 degree left bend to fit. Mac tools and snap on have them pre bent. Jim

I use a Snap-On stubby box end wrench. Takes a little imagination and holding of the tongue just right, but it works.

Like Jim says,"make a wrench".I actually cut the open end off a(cheap)9/16 wrench, and welded it back on at 80-90 degrees.

I dislike an open end wrench for removing carburetors. An open end wrench is prone to slipping and causing rounded corners on the nut, especially that nut on the back side that you can't see. If you don't have the wrench on the nut nice and square, and end up rounding off the corners, you have just created an even bigger job.

Like the other guys said make a wrench. I made this out of a broken wrench. I also had to grind the wall down to get it to fit. sorry about the poor picture

A stubby 1/2 inch wrench or whatever size it is. Doesn't fit perfectly but hasn't failed me yet.
