M water pump pulley flange

I am working on a M and the flange that adjusts the belt is broken. I was looking at parts on this site and it has a water pump pulley flange. Is this a complete unit or just the flange that adjusts on the threads?

The part 2370DBX is the pulley adjusting flange only. Right below it is the complete pump, part 353729 R92. From the photo, it looks like the assembly includes the pulley. The adjusting part of the pulley is a freqently broken part. Steiner Tractor has the flange in their catalog for a cheaper price, Steiner part IHS034. Shipping from Steiner tends to be fairly expensive in my experience. Steiner also has the complete pump, which is more expensive than this site and is listed as rebuilt, not new.

The rebuilt one will be IH, the new one from somewhere overseas. I have a new one on my Super H, it is ok.
