Piston and sleeve 3-3/8 overbore

I tore down my engine and everything is in great shape except for one piston and sleeve (it is well beyond stuck). All I can find for parts on this site (and other places) are kits (4 sleeves/4 pistons). Does anyone know where I can get a single piston and sleeve? 1944 H 3-3/8 overbore stepped piston.

They don't list it in the catalog or online, but maybe they can get me one. Unfortunately, they are closed today - I just drove by there about an hour ago hoping to do a little parts shopping.

3-3/8 is a standard bore, 3-7/16 is a overbore piston.
Does the old piston have a IH # on it?

The only number I see on the piston is on the wall inside the piston: C 1083
