Farmall M Fire...rewiring diagram?

Long story short (full story at the bottom of this post) I had some sort of electrical fire with my Farmall M. I want to take this opportunity to rip the tractor from every hacked wire on it (previous owner did a lot of things that make me scratch my head) and completely rewire it with a 12v conversion at the same time. Does anyone have a GOOD diagram for the tractor? I found this one below but this is the Super M diagram, where as my M has the starter button detached from the starter motor, and it doesn't show the wiring for the lights of the tractor.

Well, I got off work tonight (10 hour day) and had to spread the horse manure when I got home because the spreader was over flowing and I haven't had time to all week. So I hopped on the M, it turned over kinda goofy, but I thought it was just 6 volt acting like 6 volt how it does sometimes. Anyways, I'm driving down the lane out back and out of no where the tractor just died, as if I just hit the kill switch..no sputtering or anything, just straight up shut off. I thought it was weird, so I hit the starter and it fired back up. Thought all was good..continued on my way and I look down to click my lights on, because it was about 8pm and the sun was going down, and I knew it would be darker in the woods, when I noticed my ammeter gauge going nuts. It was bouncing from left to right very rapidly. I scratched my head, tapped on the gauge and box a few times, clicked the lights on, nothing I did stopped the flickering of the needle. I didn't think much of it and kept on my way, just before turning into the woods where my trails are that I spread in, I noticed an odd odor, and peeked around the side and under the tank area, and saw flames. I knew this wasn't good. I killed the tractor, hopped off, turned the fuel off and yanked the cables off the battery and took my shirt off and started trying to smoother the fire. I got it out, and it sat there and smoldered for about 10 minutes as I checked it out. It was getting dark quick, and is pretty cold (41 at the time) so I came back up to the house for the night and figure I'll fool with it tomorrow after work. Kinda sucks, I can tell a lot of the wiring is gone, and some paint is charred up. Probably going to have to re wire the whole tractor. Unsure of the cause of it at this time, as I didn't get a good chance to look at it. Here's a picture of it after the fire was out about 10 minutes, still smoking and cooling off.

Looks like I have some wiring in my future. I plan to order a 12v harness for it, and gut the tractor of every wire, and re do it all front to back with my Dad in the next week or two.
