Farmall 706 Amp light on

I posted a couple of weeks ago and i had the wrong info. I thought my tractor had a Alt. light but instead it has a Amp light. From what i can tell is that it has a Generator with a 3 position Regulator. I replaced the Regulator and the amp light was on and off, now the light is back on all the time.
 
Get a 706 service manual. IH had the bright idea of wiring mcv and some other hydraulic stuff to the amp light. Tractor Vet is a 706 expert seek his advice.

The TA lube pressure light shares the same bulb as the engine oil pressure. the charge indicator bulb is all by itself.

Have you checked to make sure the generator is always charging? If not, the light may be working like it should.
