engine Identity?

We purchased a minature(home made) tractor at an estate sale. It has farmall sheet metal, 3 speed truck tranny and a cut down car rear end. Do not know if could have possibly originally been a stationary engine for operating given implements or whatever. The numbers on the engine are y69a405.
The carb., manifold, and magneto are on the right hand side when setting on unit. It is a flat head 4 cylinder engine. Can any one help with identity? Thank You in advance.

Pictures would help us a bunch.

I'm guessing:

I don't think International made a flat head 4 cylinder. More likely to be a Ford or Continental motor.

I'm going to say that I don't think it's an IH engine. The cub engine was a 4cyl flathead but the carb and magneto were on opposite sides. Sam

It is not a C60 60 cu in Cub engine, but a Y69 69 cu in Continental engine from a IH baler or such.

Yes, My bad. I've never had the opportunity to run a cub. We always had much bigger tractors. I absolutely love my Super C but still think of it as a little tractor
