The frame should be international red,all the parts attached to the frame are international blue,springs could be black or I-H blue and the wheels are international cream in clour.
 
All the early IH/Mccormick around here was grey or tan - but never saw any painted horse drawn equipment.

Those colors would be about right for either tractor or horse drawn machines. The paint decisions covered both, sometimes qualified as to which type they applied to. Colors from before the standardized color schemes (late 1920s or so) may have been much different. Old colored advertizing is the only available reference for back then.
