id patch it with concrete. that"d realy work....

It doesn't look like it broke into the water jacket. Find the pieces & weld them back in. I had a 440 Chrysler that broke a rod and put a hole in both sides of the block. I striped it down & welded pieces in from other castings. I ran it over 80,000 miles & it was still good when I sold it.
