I had a similar large backhoe mounted to a 350u. Worked great until the rear housing broke exposing the bull gears. Ooops. Watch how you mount it, if you're gonna do it.

Got a guy here in the area who has a 300 industrial with the Hough backhoe/bucket loader for sale cheap. Less than what you are looking for in a brand new backhoe for your 300. Use your 300 for mowing, blading, or whatever. Buy the whole unit for what you would give for the backhoe.
