Don't know about service manuals. However parts catalogs for most IHC tractors can be downloaded free of charge from Carter & Gruenenwald:

On the C&G home page click on "online parts catalogs" (upper right corner of screen)

On the page that appears go to "Parts - Parts Catalogs - OEM - Case IH" (about the middle of the page) and punch "click here". A new tab will open.

Now enter your tractor model into the search box, then select sub-model and system from the drop-down menus that appear. You will be rewarded with detailed assembly drawings and parts lists which can be viewed, printed, etc as needed.

I'm sure Jensales has them but in my experience their quality leaves a lot to be desired. Very poor reproductions.

You might try the Wisconsin Historical Society. They have an IHC archive. I can't tell you what's there, other than that I sent them some brochures and manual a while ago, and I understand they have an extensive collection of this kind of thing. I don't know what can be viewed online, but the people there are "user friendly," as they say nowadays. Search the WHS website for information.

In a word, NO.

Nobody with legal rights to these documents will publish them on the web for free as long as they can make money selling "reproduction" paper manuals.

Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?

Well, why give away the milk when you can photocopy the cow and sell the copies at a huge profit?
