10-20 when did they go from grey to red?

When (what year) did McCormick Deering 10-20 go from the grey and red scheme to all over red?

Thanks Athol, so I take it a 1930 painted red is incorrect scheme. I have seen a few painted red from about 1930 on, which caused me to wonder about the date.

Lots of tractors get painted during their lives and if it was International it was red, wasn't it? However, if restoring, then one tends to want looking like it was originally. Goi to Wisconsin Historical Society web site, they have the IH paint committee decision available to download. I am not at home so cannot quickly look up the paint committee decision number.
