i have a 19065r a 66 IH b 75 desile and the pto is not working the way it needs to it like it keeps jumping out of gear the shift will slide inand out like the clip is off how do i fix it

A 1965 or 1966 B 75 Diesel Is not found in the CaseIH listing. Help us help you by typing more carefully (no offense), the information needs to be clear so we can help.
PTO jumping out of gear is usually a problem with the engagement dogs on a transmission driven PTO (non live) removing the PTO unit will probable allow you to see the problem. Make sure the gear oil is lower than the PTO flange to avoid getting oil everywhere. Jim
