1466 Brakes/Clutch/Steering not working

Started the 66 today....and for some reason, I get no steering, no brakes and the hydraulic assist clutch isn"t activating so no gears (forward or backwards). The 3 point does work fine. Have not tested the SVCs.

Checked the hydraulic oil and it"s a little low on the dipstick .... may a couple gallons. Is this enough for those items not to work or am I looking at a failure elsewhere?

If there is no other symptoms, putting 5 gallons of Hy-Tran in it above the full mark will 99% of the time fix the issue. There is an air leak into the MCV pump, either a bad O ring, or other leak that is allowing the pump to loose prime. Over filling is standard procedure. If you decide to take it apart at some future date, the Oring in the pump intake is a great place to start looking. Jim

Thank you. I'll drop another 5 in her to see what she does. Just need her to do some chisel plowing and then into the shop she goes to have the T/A replaced. I'll get this O-ring replaced while at it.
