Splitting my Farmall M

I need to split my farmall M to replace the rear engine main seal. I was wondering what if there are any hidden things that I need to disconnect inside the housing before I split it?

No, there are no hidden things. AND You don't have to split the tractor to replace the rear main seal.

just the normal stuff, wiring gastank, steering,hood,pretty much figure out as you go.

how are you replacing the rear seal without splitting the tractor and removing flywheel?

That's right. I was thinking without taking the motor out.
