F-14 engine rebuild questions????

I plan to start on my F-14 engine soon and would like any advice I can get from anyone having gone though one of these before.
Who makes the best carb and fuel pump kits? I've rebuilt a lot of H and M carbs and I usually just go straight to CaseIH. I have yet to find a more complete kit but I'm not sure if I can still get a kit for the F series through them.

My plan is to go with a Super C sleeve and piston kit...3 1/4" bore. I know I will need to have some machine work done to the sleeves for this to work. Has anyone else done with....what kind of horsepower should it be putting out?

I have a Heisler Hi-Lo gear box that I'll put on the tractor so I'm looking at my best power and speed options.

Generally pretty much no parts are available for the F-series and older through CaseIH least in my experience with our local dealer, although he did track down some NOS bearings for my Regular. When I rebuilt my F-12 I got alot of parts such as carb kit, fuel pump kit, rope seals etc through The Fordson House and Rice Equipment and am doing the same with my Regular currently. Rice Equipment specializes in pre 1939 IHs, and can usually get most anything for you.

Factory bore is 3 inch. You can go 3 & 1/8 but to go 3&1/4 would need the block bored & the o-ring groove cut deeper. Also you will need to turn the bottom part of the sleeve OD because the bottom of the block & the deck is shorter than the A,B,C blocks.

Ive got new sleves in my 14 and never had to machine them,they are a little longer but they will work
