Anyone know where to find a good used ROPS for an 856 and how much it should cost?

Keep looking, you'll find one eventually.

2-post ROPS off '66 series tractors will also fit, and are much more common. Still pretty rare because they weren't required by law yet.

Oh yeah, Saginaw County Tractor makes an aftermarket 2-post ROPS that is a pretty good copy of the factory ROPS for these tractors.

Cost is $1200.
