When I get it running, it will only run for a couple minuets. Then it will sputter and stall. Then it won't start until its been sitting for about a week. At first, I figured it had used up all the fuel. But it was full. Now I'm thinking there is a problem with the fuel lines. If there is anything else you may think it could be, please let me know. This tractor is not a diesel, it is powered by gasoline.

It kinda does sound like you have a blockage in the fuel line. My other thought is that maybe you have a bad float in the carb or it"s sticking or somethin along those lines

It is the carburetor. Probably needs a thorough cleaning and rebuild, but you might get by with just a new float valve and a gasket set. Might also need to remove the fuel inlet fitting and clean the strainer, and while you're at it, clean the sediment bowl under the gas tank. If you've never has a carburetor apart, you might want to get an I&T manual and study it, or get someone with experience to help you.

Fuel inlet from tank to sediment bowl under the tank

Sediment bowl screen

Strainer at the carb inlet fitting

Stuck float or needle (up) in the carb (less likely)
