Super M Block Heater Removal

I have a Super M that lives in Texas now, came from South Dakota and has something that looks to be a block heater installed. It says model 1000 and has electrical specs like voltage etc on it. It is plumbed between the coolant thermostat housing and the engine block just below the float bowl of the carburetor.

Since I don"t see that normally on most Super M I thought it would be safe to just cut and plug the hoses, but thought I would post about it just to make sure I don"t need to have a hose there for flow.

I have one that runs from the drain plug on the block thru the heater, then under the tractor to the lower radiator hose. Kind of clutzy. Just remove it and plug the openings. Mine has helped me out a couple of times. The only flow you need is in and out of the radiator.
