Supper C front wheel problem (pic)

Had a flat while mowing, when I pulled it off I notice that two of the mounting ears are loose
How do you go about fixing this ? Several things come to mind but I don’t know what will work best.
All though this still gets dragged to shows it is a working tractor. And with only this and the 2N The C gets to do all the cultivating all the plowing and half the mowing.
Thanks for all your help I couldn’t keep these two going without this board.

And it never ends you move them out spring right after plow days and then you have to move them in again in the fall, Plowing is only part of the reason to move them I need them in to load on the trailer too.

Thanks Vito, On the insde ? what about putting a boot in the rim after that? I ahve a lot of trouble with tubes in both travtors front wheels

There's nothing to weld on the inside.

The lugs are riveted on. You could just tighten up the rivets.

You'll want to inspect those rims real good. They may (hopefully not) be rusted to the point there is nothing to weld to.

Oh, and there's no law against putting a boot in. It might help, depending on the problems you're having with the tubes... If you keep pinching them when installing the tire, then a boot won't make a bit of difference. If you keep sticking thorns through the tires then a boot won't help.

No the boot won't help with the tube that is a tire shop problem I have changed shops twice now in two years. I was thinking because of the weld the rims are in pretty good shape not having fluid in them and not in the snow. I thought Vito was talking about welding the inside part of the rivet is why I ask.
Thanks for all the input.

If the rim is not rusty, just weld the bracket to the rim on the outside, but do take the tire and tube off the rim first. A welded up original rim may not look correct to some, but for a working tractor, it will be better than a new, aftermarket rim.

if you take tire off, check rim for metal,in decent shape weld rivet around head on inside, when weld cools, wheel lopes will good and tight, like new

I take the tires of sand blast then bolt them to the cast hub and weld inside so as not to disturb the original look as you cannot get new ones. By bolting to the cast center the bolts will line up after welding

I would just weld them up. If you are going to weld it, please take that tire off first for very serious safety reasons.
