my grandpa has 2 735 vari width 5 bottom plows. do you think my 806 will pull it if i leave it in at 14inch bottoms? i know i will probly need some wheel weights and i have a clamp on dual should i put that on too?

It will be a load, but you should be able to pull it. Here in Central Iowa I have plowed sod with a 550 5-14" plow and it was all my 1456 wanted, but in stalks I use a 720 4-18" and could pull a five bottom. I have plowed with my 560 diesel with a 4-16 in stalks as well, but it comes down to speed. With the 1456 I can push 6mph, but with the 560 I am in 2nd or third gear depending on conditions. Try it in Low 3rd TA ahead, and then low 4th TA ahead, and still if it is pulling good, try Hi 1 TA back. That is my suggestion for the ground that I am used to plowing. Make sure your wheels are slid out to the proper distance as this will help with pulling. Good Luck and enjoy. I would love to find a 735 sometime.

We use a 5-16 behind our 806 or 766, they will both pull it in low 4th in sod but the 806 runs better with it, more low end grunt it seems for if you hit a hard spot. soil here in pa can be pretty rocky too.
