444 diesel glow plugs

I purchased a set of glow plugs for my 444 diesel and installed them. Each of them has come apart and pushed out of the holder that screws into the head. The manufacturer of the plugs replaced the set, but said that I am doing something wrong. The replacement set has also failed. It looks like the glue is not holding when they get hot after running for a while.

Could someone please tell me if and what I am doing wrong?

Hi Old, the glow plugs are simple to replace especially if you have the tool that came with the tractor. The most complicated is getting the wiring correct. I suspect some purchasing agent somewhere has discovered a new soucre for the glow plugs that is cheaper than the original part and is now sourcing the cheap brand. Several years ago I had this happen on a military computer for a power supply part. The cheaper part would not work.
