IH plow opinion

A guy I work with has 2 IH plows he wants to get rid of. I think they might be a Little genius #5 and #8. One is 2 bottom and the other is 3 bottom. They are kind of rough and they are missing the coulters. They both are on rubber tires. I really have no need for these plows, but I was thinking of fixing them up a little and selling them. He wants $200 for both. Is there any demand for these type of plows? Any opinions are welcome. Thanks.

Yes, there is a demand. But what kind of shape are they in and how much work will they take? How are the tires?

"Little Genius" plows are great plows. We use a 2x14 behind our Super H at plow days and it does a great job and is fun to use.

The "rule of thumb" price around here is $200.00 with coulters. The issue is that practically no one in our area uses coulters. They take them off because they just tend to clog things up, especially if plowing corn ground.
