W9 tire size

I have a w9 wheatland I need to know what size tires came on the rear It has 18.4 34 on it now. I have a set of 16.9 34 also. Need to know which one are original. Thanks

The 16.9 are closer, but not the original size (now an obsolete size) Jim

I currently have 16.9x34 on mine but I hope to have a set of 18.4x34 soon. They just look better to me with the larger tire.

just as good to call the 16.9s original as they were the replacement tire for the 14. and that is what they used. not the 18.4s .

Could be ordered with the equivalent to today's 18.4's or 16.9's, so either one would be correct.

the 18.4s take a wider rim. have never seen these from factory. the 18.4s come out on the super wd9s from factory. different rim and hub and only had bolts for mounting not those clamps.
