i just traded for a 1206 with a coleman front end, i cant make up my mind about it i would like to keep it and put a front end loader, 3 point and a TA on it, is there any downfalls with a coleman front end on a loader tractor?

I think they would be rather clumsy about the turning radius. I have never owned one though. My brothers 2940 is about the same length and it is kind of clumsy in tight places I think. Out in the field or in open areas it would be fine. If it is an original MFWD from the factory it is worth more as a colectors item for the $ if you wanted to sell it and then go buy what you want with that cash. Look on external_link you will see my point.

I would not use it under a loader. They do not turn very sharp, are not very strong and there are few if any new parts available for them. Better to sell it to a collector for big bucks and put the money towards a newer utility MFWD loader tractor.
