Regards the posts about the Farmall Snow plows a few days back. I was watching the weather channel a day or two ago and during their feature on the snow situation, they showed one of those plows. Could not ID the tractor model, but it had the big V plow and rear wheels set in narrow. And..It was moving on and making the snow fly. Spot on the Weather channel was only 5 seconds or so. Had to back up with the DVR and then pause to get a good look.

I entered 'Rochester New York snow' in the 'search video all video' area, but haven't viewed any of them to see if the 'Farmall Plows' are featured. Maybe someone else will chime in w/better results or take the time to view results. Bob, thanks for sharing the picture of the 460 w/plow.

I don't know anything about DVRs because I dont't own one. But isn't there a way to send the video capture to a computer file. From there you could send it to YouTube or someone like me who could post it to their YouTube account or PhotoBucket. PB will allow for video uploads as well as many other photo hosting sites.

YouTube has a number of locomotive V-plow videos. There is one where four engines coupled together get stuck in a drift while the photographer is standing on windswept bare ground.

Haas - Wish I'd caught that spot! Was it perhaps shot in Rochester NY?

There's 30 - 40 of those modified Farmall plows based here - also at least one lonely Oliver 77.

I did not catch where it was. It was definitely an IH tractor though. I wish I had saved it on the DVR, but did not.
