I have changed the oil and filters but still have problem any ideas will be appreciated.

Sounds like you are low on hyd. oil, try adding a gallon of oil and see if that helps. Don't go by the dipstick, because you are taking oil from the system to fill the loader.

If the loader cylinders extend all the way out you most likely have enough oil in the system. Check the oil level with the loader cylinders retracted and the hitch down. The reservoir should be filled to the bottom of the plug hole.

Most likely your problem is a dirty filter/screen. It is located in the hydraulic reservoir on the suction tube. To service it you need to drain the oil. Remove the hose coupling on the suction tube by sliding it forward enough to clear the end coming out of the reservoir. Pull the tube from the reservoir with a twisting motion.

If you should have a front crankshaft mounted pump,an option on the 2444, then the hydraulic reservoir is combined with the transmission housing.
