IH Loader Question

Size! 2250 was for "small" tractors, i.e. 74/84 series, 2350 for bigger tractors, i.e 66/86 series.

If they look the same to you, you need to look closer.

The 2350 is a much larger, heavier-built loader first and foremost. If you pot both loaders on the same tractor, you'd see the difference, but they put 2250 loaders on smaller tractors, so the relative size looks the same in a picture.

The mounting is quite a bit different too. On a 2250, the round pipe that runs across the front of the frame acts as the front mount. On a 2350, there are rectangular brackets on the sides for the front mount. The rear mounts are very similar, but not the same.

A 2350 loader should have somewhat better lift capacity, but I don't know the specs offhand.
