trying to find out some information on my 515 payloader. supposedly i have a D360 engine and i'm trying to find a head gasket and specs for the head bolts. local Case/IH dealer has not been able to come up with anything so need a good source for parts.

If its a D360 should be very easy to get parts for same motor that a 766 has in it.My book says 1st torque 110 2nd torque 165 on head bolts.You must have a good parts guy lol.If your getting antifreeze in your oil it could be electrolosis (spelling?) on a sleeve. Just went through that on a 766 the motor ran and looked perfect on the inside but sleeves were ate up from the back side.just something to check if head gasket doesnt do it
 
thanks for the response. i'm gonna add water conditoiner as i have no idea if any ever has been in there or not and it works great on my son's semi. the only book i have, an operators manual said it could be a d358 or d360 and i found a casting on the side of the block that says d360 so went with that. i asked the dealer is it was the same as a tractor engine and he said not it's not even made by IH but the book says it is.....the head gasket was shot, got it hot but shut it down before it got too hot so maybe i avoided major issues.

Your dealer must only sell cub cadets .It is the same engine as a IH886 or a 766 d360 , I have a 515 with the 360 that is a super handy loader. had a small fuel issue were the hoses from the tank were bad and it bleed back all the time but thats it.
