I'm working on a 1936 International I-12.My question might seem stupid,but how do the rear wheels come off? There are no visible bolts on the weights,which appear to be part of the wheel.Just one 3" nut in the center and a splined axle.
 
take the nut off and they slide on splined shafts. can be an interesting task. the rim and hub dont come apart. pg
