I have a 444 that does not have any auxiliary hydraulic connections.
What are my options to add this to an otherwise great tractor?

Thanks

Hi TeeKay, IH sold two different kits for 444 series tractor. One kit was for single action cylinder, the other was for double action cylinder. Should be able to get part number from caseih.com search for parts.

The other option is buy an open center hydraulic control valve(s) and tap into the hydraulic pressure line from the pump to the reservoir under the seat and dump the return into the filler plug behind the seat.

Hi Jim, you have to cut the pipe that goes from the pump, weld a fitting on the pipe( pump side), run a hose from the fitting to the IN of the control. Weld a fitting on the pipe that goes to the hitch valve, run a hose from the OUT on the control, to the fitting, for a open center circuit. If you tap on the pressure pipe, like a T, it have no pressure until you lift a weight with the hitch arm. Bernard le mecano Quebec Canada
