Are the correct decals for a ( 42' A ) McCormick Deering Farmall or just McCormick Farmall?

McCormick Deering Farmall which would be without the IH man-on-tractor logo.

Another question is: should the 42 A have the Culti-Vision over the A on the circular A logo. On my 41 A, I DID put the Culti-Vision over A decal on. However, someone thought the Culti-Vision did not go on the first years of the A. My impression is that since the A was a Cultivision tractor from the outset, I wanted to use that signage.
Can anyone out there tell us definitively if all A's should carry the Culti-Vision signage. If Guy Fay is out there, perhaps he can post.
