I have a no. 120 fasthitch mower. Where the sickle knife connects to the wobble box drive the pin is loose in the wobble box arm. The knife part is rebuildable, New bushing and pin. But no one shows anything for the arm. It has a pinch bolt init and that is tight.

My question is has any one successfully rebushed the mower drive arm? I was thinking about using brass with a slit so It could tighten up with the pinch bolt.

Ih's answer is to replace the lower part of the wobble whicjh the arm is part of.

I do have another mower But I haven't check that one yet.
Any other ideas?

Joe

Have you tried a new pin?

I have used shim stock to get by, but it usually comes loose again. Replacing that cast arm is your best bet.

I haven't gotten back to it to try anything yet.

I am going to order a new pin and bushing kit and see what that does.
This may end up being my parts one for now.

Thank you,
Joe
