Farmall Super A Plow

I have managed to pass along the "plowing itch" to a friend of mine. He has a Super A, wants to plow his own garden. I have an old 2-14 JD plow but I doubt like heck he would even have a chance at pulling that, especially since the bottoms aren't polished. Will he be able to pull a 1 bottom pull type? I have been plowing for him. but by the time the 6th bottom on my melroe plow hits the edge of his garden I have to lift the plow out of the ground on the other end.

That should work in mellow ground. One-bottom trailer plows are kinda tough to find, though. You'll have an easier time locating a mounted plow for the Super A.

Since the ground has been plowed before he may be able to pull that plow. He could remove one moldboard's if its too much. Hal
