450 price?

What are Farmall 450"s typically selling for? Tractor in question has a Good TA, nearly new tires, aftermarket fenders, good tin (ugly paint) fast hitch, belt pulley drive w/no pulley, working tach showing around 3,000 hrs, three hydraulic valves, factory power steering.

Just trying to get an idea....

Sounds similar to the one I bought a year and a half ago. I paid $2500. with a three bottom plow.

I sold one this spring with fair tires narrow front for $2000. and two 6 month old cows. If it was a wide front I could have gotten 5 cows

Id give $2500-3,000 gas, $3,000-3,500 diesel.

And add $500 for a wide front.

At those prices below, the good deal is with the purchaser. It is an under priced advanced SMTA with far better hydraulics and utility value. I would say 3000 is still a good value. JimN
