I had some bad pictures of me taken yesterday! No not nudie ones, get your minds out of the gutter. My boss had me mow the lawn behind the body shop I work at which is fine, problem is he has got a John Deere riding mower!:( Under normal circumstances I would have said no to anyone else but he does sign my paycheck so I thought I should grin and bear it. So then I look up and the other guys including my boss are taking pictures cause they know how big of IH fan I am so now I am waiting for some kind of blackmailing to happen!

So you work at an auto body shop? How hard would it be to give that riding mower a fresh new look?
I'm thinking a nice, shiny coat of IH red.

I would like to paint it but like I said he does sign my paycheck.LOL My boss has a couple of tractors but he isn't bias to one color. In fact he has probably one of the nicest IH 706D in the tri-state area and a JD 630 that looks just as nice and he uses these on a regular basis to hay and grind feed.

Mark,When it comes to trucks I am a chevrolet fan,but I use a light weight F150 to go to work in and the best by far pick-up truck I ever drove as far as hauling was a 1979 Dodge power wagon,However my 87 chevy has never left me sitting and I use it to pull my landscaping trailers. There all good as long as there running

Where is your body shop? IIRC it is Marathon way. I need my new mower painted. It is a...317. I know, I am as red as anyone else but those guys could build a lawnmower! I really wish it was a 318, but this one came across at the right price. On the upside at least it was made in Wisconsin!!!

I live and work in Boscobel. We are about an hour west of Madison and an hour south of LaCrosse. We stayed pretty dry last week just some minor flooding but we are within 15 minutes of Gays Mills, Soldiers Grove and Stueben all of which were under water all week right along the Kickapoo River. The mower I think was a 345 but not for sure. It has tilt steering, cruise control, hydralic lift, and power steering. I am still not sold on foot control hydrastatic couldn't keep an even speed. I would have used cruise control but I was in a small area. It would take alot of impressing to admit it was a good machine.

Hey Rusty. One of these days I will get you some measurements for my 300 WFE tie rods but right now I took it out to my dad's and I don't get out there too much. Maybe more now that we finally will get in the hayfield. I will go help after work to round bale and haul them.
