as i posted a while back. I have converted my c to 12 volts. What kind of light switches are available,as my original is shot. DO i need relays, fuses, etc? Where should i run hot wire from? thanks.

Im like Gene, an original would be nice, but if you want to rig something, I would use the load side of the ammeter (same terminal that wires to BAT on Voltage Regulator or Cutout Relay, NOT the supply terminal that leads to battery/starter) as the voltge source, with maybe a 15 amp in line fuze then to the light switches (toggle or push type) input, then of course to the lights......

An original type switch will work regardless if at 6 or 12 volts cuz the switches voltage withstand rating is much higher then 6 or 12 anyway, provided its current rating is sufficient which I suspect isnt any problem. If you buy a toggle or push light switch one rated for 20 amps should suffice, dependant, of course, on the total net lighting load.
