Anyone flying to Red Power Roundup ? I have a small Cessna (and a Farmall ) and can use most small airports but am wondering about transportation to the show. Looks like Champaign might be the only choice.

Dan you might try the strip at Chanute Airforce base at Rantoul. It is right on RTE.136 to Penfield. Parks& visitor center might have a shuttle to Penfield. The air force closed the base several years ago. They have several nice runway . They also have a nice museum of planes and missle silo. Let us know if we can help. Earl in Illinois

Actually, one of my customers use a very nice Farmall M just to their company planes onto the hanger. A very nice clean job for a great old tractor.
