Robert,
The "Farmall A" and "Super Farmall A" has PREFIX LETTERS "FAA". The "Farmall AV" and "Super Farmall AV" has PREFIX LETTERS "FAAV".
The tell-tell of wheather it's "A" or "Super A" is by the numbers that follows the PREFIX LETTERS. Likewise - also with the "B", "BN", and the "IAA"
which are included in the same listing of the SERIAL NUMBERS for the "A" and "Super A"
("FAB", "FABN", and "IAA")("B" and "Super B" and etc..)
Whenever seeking information on any tractor it is inporton to give both PREFIX LETTERS and NUMBERS -
this saves a lot of time for all.
Some models of tractors have 2, others have 3 LETTERS. Thanks for giving the PREFIX LETTERS along with the NUMBERS and questions and hope that this has help. George

It has to be a super "A", as the last "A" was serial # 220829. The Super "A" was made from 1947-54 with a few copies of the Super "A-1" made in 1954. I do not have serial numbers later than 1947. I assume the "FAA" means Farmall "A". The other prefix used is "FAAV", for Farmall "A" high-clearance model. Prefix letters used along with these are, "FAB", "FABN", and "1AA'.
