Great tractor! Congratulations!

If that SM has been overhauled with the M&W or IH Firecrater sleeve and piston package, it'll pull more than you think it will!

I've got the one we used to farm with, and it dragged a 4-14 Moline plow anywhere in 2nd, lots of places in 3rd.

Good goin' Tractor Kid! We pulled 3-14's with our M all the time. The Super M should handle 3-16's in just about any kind of soil.

You better chalk that one up to Great Fortune.I think JD hit it on the head. Go with the 3 bottom and 16 shouldn't pull you down to much. Congradulations!! Ed

We watched M's and Super M's pulling 3 bottom 14 and 16 inch plows all day at Wellfleet, Neb. Saturday with no problems at all.

Wow - you got yourself a deal! FWIW: My SM will pull 4 x 14's in 2nd gear all day long in our soil, but it really snorts. 3 x 16's pull easier; it'll walk right along with 3 x 14's.

You got a great deal! The 3 point and power steering alone are worth almost $750! It will pull a 3 bottom fairly easily.

What a deal!! How'd you manage that?
Not sure what it'll pull but I'm guessing it could handle 3 no problem.

So post us a picture, especially interested in the truck front end.
