Now I understand when I see all the posts (especially on Red Power) from all you guys in Missouri complaining about no dealers! Drove a circle around the state last week and only saw two dealers! And they were only 25 miles apart! Everyone I asked just laughed and said "there ain't NO dealers of ANY color around here"!

Galen: Exactly what kind of dealer were you looking for? I maintain a good working relationship with the local CaseIH shop for new replacement parts; there's two helpful boneyards within 30 miles; and I've had good success on-line with a salvage yard a little further away. No problem here. RedTed/MO.

Hi Galen,Not sure what area of MO your in? I live in Springfield in the SW part of the state and we did have three dealerships in the area that where IH Case but now just two. One is Vestal tractor in Bolivar that are great to deal with, And there is one in Springfield I think the name is Team equipment but my dealings with them is that they are as high as a giraffes back side. I think there is A good IH dealer around Monnet somewhere but I have never been there.

Those two around Springfield were the only ones I found in the southern /western part of the state. I live in Nebraska (near Grand Island) and have several C-IH dealers within 75 miles. I've seen a lot of posts on Red Power from Missouri guys that complain about few dealers around and ones that are left charging an arm and a foot or they are going out of business.
