My dad is getting up in his age but loves displaying his old 38 F-20. He really struggles pulling the crank. Has anyone ever seen an electric start install on one?

I have seen a home made electric start. He used a chevy 350 flex plate between the clutch and trans
and mounted a 350 starter on the frame rail. worked real good .

Kevin there was an aftermarket kit that basically had a flywheel with ring gear, a modified bell housing, the starter, etc. for the F20s. Some of the 1939s had factory starters. Guy Fay would be more specific.

Check with Ron Jacobson. He has had quite a few F20 parts in the past. Email is
