I have seen a lot of info regarding these road graders lately, and finally seen one! It is for sale at a auctioneers lot here in a town by where I live, and I was wondering what price one of these animals went for.

Randy, Dad and I added an M grader to our collection last fall for $1,500. Who manufactured the one you're looking at? Ours is a Meili-Blumberg Power Grader. Greg W.

We are looking for photos and/or maintenance manuel for a Illinois road grader. Possibly built by Collins Plow Co., Quincy, Il in the 1920's. If you have any ideas of where we might find info, please e-mail me. Thanks! Carol Felsing

I bought an American Road Equipment No.8 last fall. It is a fully hydraulic road grader built on a '47 M. I found a guy selling one like mine for $2900 with reasonable paint. So you got a deal for $1500.

However the number of AC tractors still in existence today as either restored or unrestored examples is a testament to the quality of their products. This in itself is always apparent here in the U.K when attempting a purchase, as no matter what the model or condition the price will always be strong.
