Picked up a decent '67 cub last night. Guy I bought it from lost interest. It runs and drives, but clutch is stuck. Came with mower and blade. Blade was welded to mower!! Seller had cut it off. What a crazy mess.

It took me a minute to figure out what on Earth was going on with that plow. After some thought, I would say you should list it on eBay as a Steam Punk Sculpture. A very rare 1 of 1 by a forgotten artist.

Looks to me like that blade was welded together by someone who had
never seen a snow blade or even a picture of one. I can't even tell if
there is enough of the original blade left to cut the extra bracing
pieces off, grind the rough places smooth, and construct a frame for it.

Steve, no snow in Alabama, so I guess he was pushing gravel or dirt. The original blade looks good, but not sure you could ever grind all the crap off..... I can't believe he welded it the front of the mower, cub hydraulics ain't very strong.

It's not an original Cub blade, but you probably already saw that.

It's some 48" snow blade off a lawn tractor, with a bunch of junk welded to it for strength and weight.

Most likely the mower was welded to it for weight as well.

Looks like the moldboard is pretty folded up on one side.

Also looks like you're lacking the mounting brackets for the mower, unless they're welded into that mess on the blade somewhere.

I've got a dump trailer of scrap just about ready to run in. If I came across that blade, it would be getting dropped on top of the load.

Crazy thing about it, once the welded
on 'mounts' for the plow get cut off
the mower, it's in great shape!
