I have an IH 660 hand clutch only, no TA. There was a vibrating rattle when the clutch handle would no longer move, it seems to be stuck. Could it be the clutch or just the release bearing? Is there a way to check or does the tractor need to be split? The tractor was running fine when the problem occurred. I would appreciate any suggestions or information. Thanks.
