Water Pumps-Old Hand Operated

Did IH make old hand operated water pumps at one time? I am working on a old pump and it seems to have IH symbols on the spout in a couple places. The pump cylinder itself in the cistern is made by A Y McDonald from Dubuque Iowa and could be from around 1900 age. I know they made about everything but not sure about pumps or when McCormick started using the IH symbol. Thanks in advance! Cleddy

My uncle, that owned the local dealership, said the pumps were Gould & a Red.... something. IHC did have their own walking beam & gear drive pump jacks for the small stationary engines. So, it could be possible, I guess.

I must have that wrong about the IH symbol. Looking at the pump again it has McDonald name right in the pump casting and the spout is all one piece so maybe it is a M .Sorry for the post on the wrong Forum.Cleddy
