took my 634 starter to a local elec. repair shop for a loose solenoid post and got it back and would not work. another shop says it appears it was assembled with a hammer, so I need a good used or rebuilt starter for the 634 diesel. It is a C.A.V. 132051-3 with an internal sol.. Is there a direct replacement from an american model that will work ? anyone know of anything, need a starter bad. Gary

I have an International 624 German built but so far have little information on it or when they were imported into Canada. I have a parts catalogue for this and the 724.Mine has direct injection and is a good starter in all weathers.I will contact friends in England if you have no sucess here- but the questions are usually answered, its a great site.
