wiring lights on a 100

I'm running new wiring on my 100 and part of it is new wire to my lights. Is 14 gauge for lights heavy enough or should it be 12 gauge. Its still a 6 volt system.

I'd use 12 gauge since it is 6 volts

I use 14 as it will carry 15amps 6vx15amps=90watts and the bulbs are 35 watts so 14 is just fine you will read batt volts at the lite
